Low Impedance injectors measure between 1.5 and 4 Ohm between the terminals
You can do a simple DIY test to see if an injector actuates
by applying 12V directly to the terminals for a brief time (less than 1 sec) one of two times.
Injector flow is rated in lb/hr or cc/ min of full open flow.
This condition is never reached in normal operation of the injector.
It is not recommended to run injectors past 80% duty cycle.
Duty cycle percentage refers to the percentage of time an injector is in the open position. E.g. 100% is always open, 0% is always closed.
Most injectors operate over a wide range of pressures.
You can typically run our injectors from 35psi to 80psi.
Fuel injector flow volume increases as the fuel pressure is raised.

ECU’s designed to drive low impedance injectors can drive high impedance injectors without damage to the ECU. The reverse will kill your ECU.
ECU’s designed to drive high impedance / saturated injectors, will be damaged if you install low impedance/peak & hold injectors without a resistor box.

Make sure to lubricate injector seals with clean engine oil or similar when installing the injector. Most injector fuel leaks are caused due to pinched seals during installation.
Fuel injectors are hardy and simple electromagnetic devices.
They can usually be ultrasonically cleaned to 100% or their original flow rate and pattern, even after extended use.
A fuel injector’s worst enemy is to be exposed to wet or even regular air without lubricant protection for extended periods. Don’t let lie around, they might to come around after that.
Wider and finer spray patterns produce better atomization which improves fuel burn (Power!) and idle characteristics. We choose our products with this in mind.
