How fast?
All orders of items listed on this website are shipped within 24-48 hours. We ship 90% of orders received by 2pm Eastern time on the same day, but since we do custom specialties, we occasionally need to stretch to shipping within 48hrs. Custom modified injectors are shipped as soon as they are finished, typically no more than 48hrs.
Who do we ship with?
We ship all domestic (US) orders via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified. All shipping methods include insurance and tracking.
Most international order are shipped using the US Postal Service to save you money. Some of their services provide tracking numbers. See tracking number below.
If your order shipped regular 1st class mail, we suggest you wait between 3 and 7 days (depending on how far you are from South FL and if you are in a remote area) before you call us to investigate your package.
But please do call us if you have not received your order, we will take care of your issue promptly.
Do I get a tracking number?
You will be automatically notified of your tracking number via email within 24hrs of your order leaving our warehouse. Your tracking number will appear in the body of the invoice or sales receipt sent to you as a .PDF attachment. You can go to UPS.com to track your package.
Small items such as seal kits and fuel rail adaptors are shipped via USPS first class mail and cannot be tracked. We do this to save you money since the freight on these items would cause a substantial price increase. If you do not receive your US Postal envelope (seal kits) or small package (other items) within 3-7 days of receiving your sales receipt email, please call us at (561) 427-0082.
International shipping
At FIC we can ship to virtually any address in the world. International shipping is via insured Global Express Mail, where a tracking number is also provided . Warranties
At FIC we are committed to providing you with excellent customer service on all our products. We offer a 12-month repair-or-replace warranty on all of our injectors and other FIC products. Warranties on non-FIC products may vary by manufacturer. Please . If you have injectors that don't work like you want them to, we'll check them out on our electronic test bench and replace them immediately if they don't perform 100% or let you know if they are in working order and your gremlin may hide elsewhere.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products. Unfortunately freight charges cannot be refunded and the items must be returned freight pre-paid. An RMA is required for all returns. Please call us at (561) 427-0082 to initiate your return.
Unopened items purchased more than 30 days ago may be refunded after a 15% re-stocking fee is applied if the item is still currently available. All returns must be in resalable condition.
Installed, damaged or altered merchandise cannot be accepted as returns.
Order Terms and Conditions
Orders of in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours. Customers will be notified of any back ordered items and an estimated shipment date will be given. Immediate and full refunds will be given on orders cancelled prior to shipping.
FIC accepts VISA, Master and AMEX credit cards plus Pay Pal directly through our website. We also accept phone orders at (561) 427-0082. Alternative payments can also be arranged through check, money order, or wire transfer.
